Cedar Homes is a residential development by GAP Developers ("we", "us"), located at Cedar Homes, Lusegetti, Off Dagoretti Road, Kikuyu, Kiambu County, Kenya. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website, our enquiry forms and our WhatsApp Business number. We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry and keep you informed about the development:

• Contact details you give us: your name, phone number and email address.
• Enquiry details: the house or payment option you ask about, any message you write to us, and your preferred way of being contacted.
• How you found us: the page you arrived from and, where available, the advertising campaign or social post that led you here.
• WhatsApp messages: when you message our WhatsApp Business number, we receive your phone number, profile name and the content of the conversation.
• Website usage: standard, anonymised analytics such as pages viewed and approximate country or city.

• To answer your enquiry and arrange show house visits or virtual tours.
• To send you the information you asked for, such as floor plans, the payment schedule or the brochure.
• To follow up on your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email while it is active.
• To improve our website and marketing, using aggregated statistics.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run this website and talk to you:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business) — to deliver messages you send to and receive from our WhatsApp Business number.
• Our email delivery provider — to send you confirmations and replies to your enquiries.
• Our hosting and analytics providers — to operate the website and measure aggregate traffic.

These providers process your information only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example to comply with a court order or to protect our legal rights in a property transaction.

Enquiry records are kept while your purchase or enquiry is active. If you do not go on to buy, we keep your details for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you return — after that they are deleted. Financial records connected to a completed sale are retained as long as Kenyan law requires.

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, and to ask us to delete it or stop contacting you. To exercise any of these rights, email or message us using the contact details above and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you message our WhatsApp number, you can stop messages at any time by telling us to stop, or by blocking the number. If you no longer want email follow-ups, just reply asking us to stop.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to remember enquiry form entries, measure which campaigns bring visitors, and keep the site working. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work, though some convenience features may be limited.

Our homes are marketed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
